Find an Available Apartment
Visit www.unionrealestate.com and review current availability on each property’s main page.

Submit an Online Application
Once you’ve selected an apartment, complete the online rental application for each adult (18+) who will be living in the unit.

Pay the Application Fee
A $75 non-refundable application fee is required per applicant and must be paid at the time of submission.

Application Review
Union Real Estate will review your application, including credit and background screening.
Applicants must have a credit score of 670 or higher and a relatively unblemished background.
A follow-up email will be sent regarding the approval, denial, or next steps, if applicable.

Guarantor (If Required)
If you do not meet the minimum credit requirements, you may apply with a guarantor, who must submit a separate application and meet the qualifying credit criteria of 670 or higher.

Approval & Next Steps
Upon full approval, you will be provided with leasing documents and a cover letter detailing move-in expenses, which will include the security deposit and the first month’s rent.

Sign the Lease & Prepare for Move-In
After all documents are signed and required payments are received, your move-in / key pick up date and time will be scheduled.
