How do I get the keys to my apartment?

You will pick up your keys at your apartment building. 

We recommend calling us a few days before your planned move-in time to let us know when you'll be arriving so that we can make sure your building's maintenance person can meet you . Also, we can make special arrangements if you are arriving after normal business hours or on the weekend if you give us a few days’ notice. Your keys will be placed in a lock box and you will be given a code.
