When Should I Apply to Rent an Apartment?

In general: the sooner the better as we rent on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Availability is typically known no earlier than three months prior to the end of a current lease, when existing tenants begin notifying us of their intent to renew or vacate.

For example, if you are seeking an August move-in, availability would not be confirmed until approximately late April at the earliest.
