When Should I Apply to Rent an Apartment?

In general: the sooner the better as we rent on a first-come, first-served basis. 

However, we have as early as a 3 months notice before the end of the lease (when current tenants begin to let us know if they are planning to renew or not).

For example, if you are interested in renting an apartment for August, we won't know what is available for August until around the end of April at the earliest.

You are welcome to check back as frequently as possible following the earliest timeframe we receive termination notices.
