Occupancy Guidelines for Families. In the case of parents/guardians with children, occupancy limits may be adjusted based on the square footage of the bedrooms in the apartment as follows: 70 square feet of bedroom area for the first occupant, and 50 square feet of bedroom space for each additional occupant. For instance an apartment with 170 square feet of bedroom space can be rented to a three person family even if there was only one bedroom. We have measured all of our apartment units and and would be happy to tell you what adjustments are available to families for any unit. Please contact us with any questions.
