Union Real Estate Lockout Policy

 

Union Real Estate Maintenance Staff will respond to the request. 

Maintenance staff hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

After-hour lockouts will incur a $100 lockout fee that will be added to your account and can be paid in the same manner as your monthly rent.

You DO NOT need to have money on hand when maintenance arrives.


Lockout During Business Hours:

NO Lockout Fee During Business Hours.

  • Contact the Main Office or email your Leasing Agent to notify the Maintenance Staff for assistance with a lockout.
  • Maintenance will ask for ID to verify that they are allowing entry to the correct person.
  • If someone not on the lease is specified to be let into your apartment, photo ID will be verified upon arrival to ensure it is the correct person. This is intended for emergency use only, as it is not a concierge service.

Lockout After Business Hours ($100 fee):

Please call your Leasing Office

  • The answering service will alert on-call maintenance staff, to assist you with this request. 

  • Maintenance will call the tenant's phone number that is on file to verify that this person is allowed to be admitted into the apartment.
  • Maintenance will ask for ID to verify that they are allowing entry to the correct person. 
  • If someone not on the lease is specified to be let into your apartment, photo ID will be verified upon arrival to ensure it is the correct person. This is intended for emergency use only, as it is not a concierge service.
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee how quickly maintenance will arrive, as they do not all live on-site.
